Take Back Kentucky organized the Sovereignty Stampede at the state capitol in Frankfurt. Take Back Kentucky, KY 9.12 Project, and the KY Tea Party were well represented. We were there to voice our support of the Kentucky Firearms Freedom Act, and HCR 10, HCR 11, HB 380 (10th Amendment Resolutions and Bills). We confronted Rep. Darryl Owens, the committee chair who has been blocking these bills, and tried to present him with a petition with thousands of signatures Kentuckians supporting this bill. Here's the video of him hiding, running, hiding, and running again.
