Interceptor, as long as the majority of the people in Kalifornistan are the moonbats infesting the San Francisco bay and the greater L.A.areas and continue to dominate the rest of the state, nothing's going to change for the betterin that cesspool.
I was stationed there and I still have friends and family there. I have met enough good people to know that there is hope. It may look dark now, but it is worth fighting for.

Welcome to Wyoming Michael! I moved here from the golden shower state 4 years ago and dont regret it in the least. I'm still trying to get my parents, brother, amd nephews out of that looney bin.
Thank you Huck!

We've been here since July (and we visited in June) and it never ceases to make us happy being here and out of Kalifornia.

I'd rather fight for my rights, I don't believe in running to safe havens and leaving others to fight the fight. Besides, I'm 25 and about to close on my dream home with a boat dock for a 42' boat with access to the Atlantic in an urban city in Florida which is getting progressively more gun friendly. With the way things are going I could havethis house paid off by the time I'm 30 and be working on paying off my 40' Hunter DS. I have a lot invested in Florida and I'm not going to just move, I'm going to fight to protect what's mine.

If there are no laws in international waters, could you make machine guns out there and sell them to other boaters?

Michael,

Just think where this land would be had the founding fathers just up and bailed. We'd be talking about possible kitchen knife registration right now.

Even the peopleof Wyoming have to fight to keep the laws that you so proudly enjoy and have inherited. It may be easier because of the current demographics but it's a long way from being automatic. You still have to be vigilant and be mindful to prevent infiltration by anti-gun entities.

I admirethe pro-gun people of states like California, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Wisconsin, Washington DC, New York, Massachusetts, etc. who fight the good fight against the odds. The litigants from Heller vs. DC and McDonald vs. Chicago are from anti-gun locations...........remember them?

Sometimes we let our arrogance get the best of us, don't we.

We (wife and I) lived in MD. She's originally from Chicago area 'nI was born in (ugh) Baltimore. FortunatelyI didn't reach adulthood there... or adopt their 'ways'. I've lived in Kommiefornia 'n didn't adopt their ways either. 'Bout 7 years ago... we'd had enough of The Peoples Socialist Republik of Marystan 'n moved into the Sonora Desert of SW Arizona. It's not even a town. It's an area. We decided... sold our piles of sticks 'n bricks for a huge profit'n loaded up the Penske truck with a trailer on the back. 3 cats 'n a puppy in the Exploder 'n off we went, never to return. I'd been here many times prior. Yeah... it's hot. But it's remote... and wild. Both of OC... everywhere.

Waiting for change is futile. It's like playin' the lottery. You're wasting your life. Pull the plug and GO!

I'm another Kommiefornia evacuee. The wife and I left SoCal (the OC) five years ago, and never looked back. I know many other evacuees, and we all agree, America ends at the Colorado River.

I agree, CA is a cespool nuthouse, and anti-freedom. You don't know what real freedom is until you cross the border and breath the free (and blue) air.

I've also tried to convince like-minded friends from back home to join me, but, like the OP, I get a list of reasons why "it can't be done".

I'm currently looking for IT work, they have a lot of it in Commifornia, my EX was pissed I wouldn't look out there. (OR NY) because well, I'm thinking about maybe getting an ar15 and If a state doesn't respect my rights, I see no reason to even visit it or call it a state.

I'm from New york City and I like our gun laws here. I feel very safe knowing that the police are armed to defend me and my family. It's very hard for people other then the police to have guns here, which I think is why we have a low crime rate. Criminals here can't buy guns!

He's from NYC and he thinks they have a low crime rate? I'm from NYC and worked on child abuse and electronic crime cases. Where's the low crime?

Police defend you and your family......:lol::lol: When seconds count, the police are only minutes away......:lol: It is easier to carry a handgun on you than an armed police officer....:lol:

The police are not for your personal protection. That is your responsibility. The police are there to keep general order. They carry firearms to protect themselves from violent criminals and not to protect you.

Remote? You're about 5-10 miles from Tuscon!
27 miles to the Tucson City Limit sign. 'This' is my neighborhood... All of it 'Open Range'. 'Bout a week ago,I go out to close the gate 'n three wolves are comin' down the road at a fast trot. Two years ago it was a mountain lion. You don't know what you think you know.

Good for the mover but somebody has to stay behind and fight for our rights. I refuse to just give up and leave the field to the Boomberg's the Barretts the Daley's. Make the gun haters and fearful ninnies move instead.
