Is OC OK at street festivals?

The Milwaukee area has many street festivals throughout the summer. Most, if not all, of these festivals serve alcohol. Does anyone know if they have a Class B liquor license for this, thus restricting OC or does a different set of rules apply? Or is OC OK as long as you are not drinking alcohol? Of course this assumes you are not within 1000' of a school, in a government building, etc.

941.237
(2) Whoever intentionally goes armed with a handgun on any
premises for which a Class “B” or “Class B” license or permit has
been issued under ch. 125 is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

Wisc. Stat. Ch. 125 does not likely have anything to do with a city license.

state law, state license.

The State doesn't issue liquor licenses in WI. It's all done at the muni level.

Wisconsin Law 941.237(2) only bars Handguns, with certain specific exceptions.

If you are worried about a Class 'B' Permit, issued under Ch. 125 of Wisconsin Law, then, simply Open Carry a Long-Gun.

Ironically, Long-Guns are not prohibited at these Establishments, only Handguns.

11) This web site is focused on the right to openly carry properly holstered handguns in daily American life. Do not start OFF TOPIC threads or discussions such aspromoting the carry of long guns. Long guns are great! OCDO co-founders John & Mike and most of the folks on this forum own at least one long gun - but due to urban area issues of muzzle control, lack of trigger guard coverage, and the fact that the long gun carry issue distracts from our main mission to promote the open carry of handguns in daily life, we will leave long gun carry activism in the capable hands of the future founders of web sites about long gun carry.
