    Note: I actually found out about this on my college's news feed. Keep in mind that, particularly with the tweets, some criminals are also starting to use social networking sites to find their next mark.

    I just read this article off of Yahoo, As the article says people are charged and arrested for doing exactly what the federal government is doing online.
