How much exposure in Open Carry

I've tried this on the SASS wire to no avail. How much or how little of the visible gun/holster consitutes 'Open Carry'?

If the holster tip is sticking out under the coat, it that Open?

Does the grip frame, trigger guard.....?

Just how much has to be visible to qualify for Open Carry?



Likewise I assume, none can be exposed in CCH?

Cobb, Harper County, Wichita Area.
