Please forgive me for being off topic, but I thought many of you would be interested.

I have just sent an email to our state attorney general at aginfo@ag.nv.gov.

I quoted her own mission statement found at http://ag.state.nv.us/about/about.htm
"To serve Nevada by advising and defending its institutions, enforcing laws for the protection and benefit of its citizens, ensuring open government and empowering through education outreach."

I concluded my letter by asking if she intended to protect Nevada citizens from this unconstitutional law.

The attorney general is an elected position. If she doesn't protect us she needs to be looking for a new job come November.

I received her response today. It was basically political double speak that gave no answer. I responded by telling her she should step up and protect the citizens of NV or resign. I suspect she'll tow the party line (democrat) and we'll have to vote her out.
