    Did anyone notice the scheming, underhanded lie by the VPC representative concerning the Thune Amendmentthat slid into the article?

    Huh? I thought people had to have a background check before getting a CCW? Even then, I thought felons couldn't own guns.

    I wonder if Ms. Rand would care to provide an example of all these folks with criminal records being issued a CCW?
