I got to the part where it said that this incident happened in Massachusetts and I realized what was coming. A bad initial decision and an even worse job by the appellate court shows how poorly our legal system can operate.

Keep in mind that Massachusets is a Nazi occupied police state when it comes to handgun violations so you have to take everything with the grain of salt that comes from there.

I cannot understand why S&W and other firearm manufacters remain located there. Wisconsin should offer them incentatives to relocate here. We have a gun friendly culture and a workforce withthe necessary skills.
