AConcealed Carry permit should apply across state lines, just as a marriage or driver's license does, withthe possible exception of states where concealed carry is not allowed - which would, in itself, make for an interesting challenge in the courts, would it not?
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State.
