Just a wild question here but I was wondering how the interpretation of the vehicular carry rules applied to people on motorcycles? We're not technically 'in' a vehicle.
I would like to presume that wearing an unloaded firearm on visibly on ones person, much like one would do in their car or truck is satisfies the "do not wear under the person's clothes or conceal about the person's person" condition.
Has anyone tried this? I haven't personally; my coat is long enough to effectively conceal my firearm and I'm still waiting for my CCW permit to be approved.
