Is it legal in Ga to have people around open carrying in a county park without breaking the public gathering law,Because I would love to see a open carry day in the part of GA I live and seeing if I could set one up with a couple of friends of mine that have GFL.But i don't want to break the law.But i know its legal to carry into the County parks but the public Gathering is at issues.

Currently a PG is whatever the arresting officer thinks it is.

Any LEO and DA could argue ANYWHERE as a PG.

I would personally wait (and pray) for a positive outcome of SB308.
