SB 1108 Clarification

So SB 1108 is ready to be signed by the governor.How ever does this law apply to everyone?I have heard that its only for adults 21 and over. Can someone please clarify. I ask becauseI just turned 20and I OC and I was wondering if this bill would include me. :?Thanks

No, the 21 and over requirementwillstill in effect.

Perhaps next legislative session the language could be changed to 18 and over, for complete parity with the OC law.
