I have a VA CCP, which I know is recognized in NC. I will be attendingmy niece's college graduation in Greensboro in early May.

Of course, I donot intend to carry at the graduation ceremony, but does anyone have any advice for other times, e.g. restaurants, public places, hotels, in my car, etc.

I read some of the NC regs and opinions. One said that NC was a complete pre-emption state, then went on to list all the places thata local government could ban weapons. Very confusing to a Virginian.

    Thanks in advance ...
