[align=center]Bill Carns has been involved in defensive shooting for nearly 20 years. He is a former police officer and lead contract tactical firearms instructor for the Department of Defense, Special Programs Division. Bill is one of just a handful of 5-Weapons Qualified Rangemasters in the country and has trained thousands of people in the defensive use of handguns, shotguns, rifles, submachine guns and precision rifles during his tenure as the Lead Rangemaster with the largest firearms training organization in the US.
Recently a nationally syndicated talk radio host with a background as a military commando and law enforcement professional referred to Bill as "arguably the very best Firearms Rangemaster in the country!". Bill has had the honor of training with some of the finest firearms instructors in the world and chooses to work with only the best in the industry.
With years of experience in writing and organizing courses with the most efficient and street-proven defensive firearms techniques and being considered a "trainers trainer", students are assured of dramatically increasing their knowledge and techniques over the weekend course regardless of the skill level or training you bring with you to the course, from beginner to the experienced professional.
