It will make OC so much sweeter. Pretty much everyone in AZ who watches the news, will know about the law. So they won't figure out why anyone would OC when you can CC without a permit.

So when they ask why

Actually, it has passed, it just needs to be signed (or not) by the Governor to become law.

We'll know by next week what she's planning on doing.
