We just got back from the Second Amendment March in Lansing and paid a visit to Target Sports in Royal Oak. Sprinklerguy, Scot623, and I all open carrying had some great conversations with the owner and the employees of Target Sports about open carry. The only reason they were a little apprehensive to OC at first was because they were uncertain of the laws and were worried about not being in compliance with the law. Which in reality is a general concern of most people who are new to open carry. I do not fault them for that. Now that they've been brought up to speed they support all forms of carry in their store and unlike many guns stores their staff is nice and helpful. They also have a great selection of handguns, long guns and Michigan pistols. Even though I haven't used their range yet it looked quite new and much cleaner then other ones I've been to. We definitely recommend to support this 2A friendly store!
