I stayed with a buddy NW of town Ann Rd and the 215 for a week about 2 weeks ago. I CC'd at the casino buffets and OC everywhere else. Not one single problem.
Love Vegas. Got my NV CCW class and permit last December

I OC'd on the strip this weekend. I had a mixture of reactions, but most were positive. Gilley's in the Treasure Island asked us to leave, but the Treasure Island did not. The other place that I was asked to leave was the New York, New York. All was good there on Sat. night, spent about an hour there, no problems. Went back on Sunday, I was asked to remove the firearm for the roller coaster ride and lock it up in a locker, which I did. When I returned to the locker, Security was waiting for me. I was asked to leave the hotel, and it is Hotel policy. I advised them they had no signs, as I had carefully looked. They told me it was private property and it was there right. I agreed with them, about the private property and then left. Before I left, the security told me just to cover it up then. I advised him I was OC, and to cover and conceal, would then be against the law for me. He told me he did not know that.

M&M world, Coca- Cola, Bellagio, Ceasers Palace, Freemont Street, and some other various and smaller casinos, I had no problems.

On the other hand, I saved alot of money from not drinking alcohol at all this weekend.

This raises an interesting question... You were on private property, and asked to conceal your weapon. Since you are on private property, and given permission to conceal on said property by a designee, can you lawfully conceal?

It may be simpler to consider the private property a friends home. For instance, I am able to conceal my weapon upon myself in my home. If I invite you, and specifically give permission for you to conceal in my home as well, is it legal? Tim?
