I remember a while back there was talk about SCOTUS and some potentially heavy decision they were predicting.

I don't remember reading/hearing anything about this, did I miss it or did it not happen yet?

If you are referring to "McDonald vs. Chicago?, that ruling will most likely come out in June 2010. You didn't miss it. We are ALL waiting for that one, and the buzz is that they will rule in favor of Mr. McDonald, thereby "incorporating" the 2A on the state level.

If SCOTUS does rule in favor of McDonald, it will shake things up for a LOT of states and municipalities.

Many of us are counting the days until the various 2A groups in MD can file their lawsuits against the State of MD using McDonald as precedent to fully overturn the Royalist gun laws in MD, and restore full citizenship to the Subjects in the Feudal Barony of Maryland...

Oh please, oh please, oh please!

Living less than a mile from the "socialist republic of MD" is a pain in the butt when people want me to do work down there for them.

I found my freedom when I moved to PA. I hate giving it up to cross the border. It seems like I'm going in to another country.

Y'all apparent newbies to 2A incorporation and 'McDonald' need to learn about the issues of doing it via the Fourteenth Amendment's 'Privileges of Immunities' clause or its 'Due Process' clause. There is a difference, one is more progressive than the other and opens a Pandora's Box of horrors not yet imagined.

I would say that since 2A has not been incorporated yet we are all newbies don't you think. Please tell us more about incorporation and now that we know about the two different clauses please tell us by which one 2A be incorporated.
