So what I'd like to know is...
Did all of you give her permission to use your image on her video? Shouldn't you have had to sign a release or something? If you didn't, can you demand she remove you from the video?
I was at the Bell Tower last month - did you see the plaque on the far right when Cuccinelli was speaking? We (the DAR) put that up in March.

I wanted to comment and thank them for posting such a patriotic video but, alas, couldn't find a way to do so. Are comments turned off?
Too bad they had to show so much of Cuccinelli - with whom I disagree on nearly everything BUT guns - but it was still patriotic.

A quick google search is saying (via another forum) that they cannot be used for advertising/commercial use or profit without a model release
