Am I reading this correct. IF we (OpenCarry.Org) is considered a "club/organization" then transporting our weapons to and from a range "concealed" would not be chargeable as an offense.

Hello Pinche,

We do not have articles of incorporation, we are not registered with the Secretary of State as a non-profit corporation, we don't have bylaws,we don't have a board of directors, and we don't file a tax return.

I don't think we fit the definition of "club/organization."

Edit: If we are all of the above, how do I officially join and where do I get my certificate of membership so thatI can conceal while travelling to and from ranges? markm
