IWB holster for OC?

If you simply tuck your shirt in behind the upper half of gun in a IWB holster, is that acceptable for OC? The banner above with the two cute girls are doing this. Thoughts?

It depends on your state which you can add into your profile via the My Account button on the top right. For instance, in Arizona our Revised Statutes Permit. However, I believe case law has overruled it. I may be wrong. IANAL, it really just depends on your states laws. Best thing to do would be to add your location to your profile, and then re-post in your states sub-forum.
