Richard Fine's case in CA is an interesting one. He has a PhD in International Law, has worked for the US DOJ, and the state of CA, is one of the most highly regarded and awarded lawyers in CA, and yet, the State has now deemed him a criminal and put him in jail--without charge--because he filed a suit alleging massive corruption and ilegal payments to CA Judges...

If a guy who is a US Diplomat, a PhD in International Law, and was at one time, a chief officer for the US-DOJ's Anti-Trust division can be locked up for trying to get crooked judges off the bench, then NOBODY is safe:
