At least it's the most southern side and I can half the dose. And no I won't drink the water.

I good breakfast meet-up and the surprise of a unicorn - a couple walked in (he was OCing) that was unknown to any of us. Imagine their surprise when everybody waved and said "We're over here."

Several of us walked over and introduced ourselves - very pleasant couple.

Same was said for the fox. :p

Interesting conversation outside with the gentleman with the large extended family too. He seemed very supportive.

Good breakfast and good conversations, although I arrived a little bit late.

Now it's about time to go to the gym and work off the breakfast. :p

My pants are tighter and my belts seem shorter, as of late! Not much of a bad thing; I think it could be a sign that I'm healthier now... and I used it as an excuse to order a Liger belt.

I think the Liger belts rank among the top "best kept secrets."

The are fantastic - only small problem that I have found is learning how to snug 'em up. You'll see when you get yours - my trick is funny but simple.

Good way to start a morning, especially when having to go to a different country like I did. Phantom pains all the way. Kept having to check and make sure it wasn’t on my hip, as I am so used to having it. Good visit with daughter and safe trip home. Man it felt good to finally get home and strap it back on again.
