Yesterday I OC'd into the offices of the La Crosse Tribune (right across from the Cop Shop) to check on prices for advertising our upcoming Chicken Q on May 16th. I explained what I needed to the receptionist and she told me to have a seat and went to get a sales rep.
A young gentleman approached immediately and politely listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions and options, telling me he totally supports what we are doing and promising a "smoking hot deal" on an advertising package.
He shook my hand twice when I was leaving as the whole office looked on... a great experience.
