It is out of appropriations and now in its final reading before it becomes written down for floor vote. Earliest is thrusday the 20th. This is not likely.

Assembly has until June 4 to get it thru, with enough time for public review and comment.

Then to Senate P-safety, appropriations committees. Then floor vote. This must be down by August ?? no sure right now of date, but some time August.
