NSW Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione blasts blind-drunk teen 'monsters'

Lock up the seven ring leaders who were arrested pending further investigation? No way, not in Australia!

"The seven teenagers arrested were later released without charge, pending further investigations."

Commissioner Scipione said: "You can easily find yourself becoming a victim of crime as well as doing something you might later regret."
How so? I have yet to see an alcohol or a drug crazed criminal monster, become a victim whilst in the process of kicking and bashing an innocent by stander half to death, especially after being arrested and then released pending further investigation?

NSW Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione blasts blind-drunk teen 'monsters'

POLICE Commissioner Andrew Scipione has lashed out at the alcohol abuse that turned a Year 11 formal into a drunken, bloody brawl involving 130 teenagers.

In a scathing attack on a night of madness in Darling Harbour, he blasted: "It's the same old formula. Just add grog and they turn into monsters.

"Unfortunately this love affair with alcohol sees people behave in a way that is completely out of control and police are left to clean up the mess."

Drunken teens turned the National Maritime Museum into a bloody battlefield as students from Killarney Heights High School fought a running battle with gangs from Glebe and Waterloo.

Friday's celebration, organised by parents of students at the school, was supposedly "alcohol-free".

But instead, police were confronted by up to 130 "intoxicated young people" who spilled out of the venue and tangled with a gang of local youths waiting outside.
In the wash-up, which left three teens in hospital and seven arrested by police, The Sunday Telegraph reveals many of the students were too drunk to be interviewed by police.

PERTH is the nation's car theft capital .

Lets not put it down to the fact that the people have deen dissarmed and any form of armed self defence has been made illegal. Armed criminals are threatening car owners, ordering them and sometimes pulling them out of their vehicles at traffic lights and driving off! Lets not put it down to the fact that people are unarmed and so are vulnerable? It has to be because we are in the midst of a mining boom!

The lemmings should fall for that one.

"But it may be attributed to the two-speed economy caused by WA's mining boom, which may have a relationship to increases in crime."
.

PERTH is the nation's car theft capital and the state's mining boom could be to blame.

Despite mandatory car immobilisers, WA is the only state recording a surge in car thefts, up 19 per cent in the first quarter of the year compared with the national average that fell 1 per cent.

In the first three months of this year, 397 more vehicles were stolen in WA compared with the same period in 2010, but nationally the average fell by 4284 vehicles to 34,155.

The jump in vehicle thefts also means WA motorists may be in for a rude shock when their car insurance bill arrives, industry experts warned.

Here we go again; Knife at society's heart, victim may be charged?

Knife at society's heart
Janet Fife-Yeomans, Geoff Chambers and Mark Morri From: The Daily Telegraph September 23, 2011 12:00AM

"FORMER" assistant police commissioner Clive Small said officers had discretion with charges. "If the criminal had not broken into the man's house and threatened him then he wouldn't be dead," Mr Small said. "Here is a man (Mr Brooke) who may well be in need of support rather than any threat of punishment."
"
.

THE stabbing death of an armed intruder by homeowner Donald Brooke was "close to the heart of every member of the community", Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione said yesterday.

As Mr Brooke, 54, waits to see if he will be charged with an offence, it can be revealed the burglar he killed, Azzam Naboulsi, was a father-of-four known to police as a drug addict and thief.

He was on bail to appear at Burwood Local Court next week after being convicted of 16 charges - including possessing housebreaking implements, having a knife in a public place, having stolen goods in his custody and driving while disqualified.

Mr Scipione said he understood the public sympathy for Mr Brooke but said the investigation would take time.

Unarmed defenceless young woman killed over $160.

Check this out guys! Our life saving system's nothing to get excited about is it?

Our over worked and understaffed police officers, under the order of our government now can do nothing more than advise people not to take matters in their own hands and risk injury if and when attacked by anyone. They advise Law abiding citizens who have been dissarmed to dial 000 which is the main emergency number, or Crime Stoppers after the event. Below is an example of how the system works, or should I say doesnt work? Haz.

So, because a known criminal who should have been behind bars was released to commit a crime, the individual who defended himself and his family against the criminal, as he rightfully should have, is facing charges himself. Boy, that's a sick, twisted, warped, ignorant, and anti-freedom system of non-justice going on down under.

NOW, Doctors warn revellers should "get out of town" by 2am.

And what about Law abiding citizens, weather we are revellers or not, should we stay locked in our homes at night because of gangs of drunken hoons intent on bashing, raping, looting and glassing innocent people?

What happened to; "People will be safer at night when firearms are banned?"

Haz.

DOCTORS are demanding pubs and clubs be forced to close earlier as more patients than ever are treated for injuries caused by booze-fuelled violence.
Despite recent Queensland Government reforms, the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons said closing times needed to be wound back to 2am to help stem the carnage.
Doctors warn revellers should "get out of town" by 2am, because after that, "they're liable to be assaulted".
They estimate there were about 200 glassings across Queensland in the past year, although official figures show just 67. The 2am closing time was also recommended by the Queensland Police Union in its submission to last year's parliamentary inquiry into alcohol-fuelled violence.

Man found dead with gunshot wound in Sydney suburb of Bonnyrigg.

What can we say? I know I am preaching to the converted, but burn this into your memory banks and pass it on to your children. Dont think they are not intent on dissarming the USA like they did Australia. Since the firearms ban its just mayhem Down Under. Radio talk back is flooded with reports of drunken violence through out our cities over the weekends whilst criminals are shooting up homes in the cities west. Doctors are now warning people to head home before 2am to aviod being bashed or killed! Unheard of before the firearms ban. A big thank you to John Howard, former Prim Minister of Australia who before he banned firearms, promised citizens they would be much safer when firearms are removed from the streets. The only firearms removed were those in the hands of Law abiding citizens. Now crininals are able to shoot up homes and randomly kill, at will. No ones going to shoot back. Haz.

A MAN was shot dead yesterday outside a Sydney house which was riddled with bullets in a drive-by shooting in June.
Police were called to the house in Kincumber Rd, Bonnyrigg about 2.40pm after they received reports that a man had been shot.
The body of the victim - who family members at the scene yesterday identified as Mounzer Taleb - was discovered lying in the gutter next to a car.
The family gathered near the crime scene but police removed them from the taped-off area.

Wild brawl caught on casino TV at Star casino

"A 37-year-old man was rushed to hospital following the fight amid fears he had suffered bleeding on the brain. He was yesterday being treated for facial fractures.

One man arrested at the scene was later released, partly because he was "too intoxicated" to give a statement.

"Due to their level of intoxication it wasn't appropriate to further our inquiries at the time," Supt Bell said."
.

Wow. let go because they were 'TOO INTOXICATED.' It wasnt approprriate to question these thugs because they were too drunk? . . . . Yet, I can be driving home obeying all the rules of the road and police can randomly stop me or anyone else, and submit me to a brethalizer, or a drug test. If it is suspected that I may be affected by alcohol or drugs I will be taken to the nearest policestation and be tested via a swab or blood test? If I am intoxicated I am immediately arrested, charged, held over night if necessary and have to appear in court the next day? What a farce! And these drunken brawlers were let go because they were too intoxicated to give statement? God Help Australia.

Wild brawl caught on casino TV at Star casino. Amy Dale From: The Daily Telegraph September 26, 2011 12:00AM

BARELY a week after its $870 million refurbishment was unveiled, visitors to the new Star casino were yesterday greeted by an ugly brawl involving up to 60 drunken men.

Police say two groups - including a party of 40 who had been drinking on a harbour cruise - engaged in a violent fight near the casino's wharf about 1am.

While the brawl did not take place inside the casino, management yesterday provided police with CCTV footage to try to identify those involved.

No charges have been laid against any of the dozens involved, as many fled the area and jumped into taxis or buses as they heard sirens approaching.

Acting Superintendent Tony Bell described the fight as a "disgrace" and said police hoped that any taxi or bus driver who picked up some of the brawling men would come forward.

Bacon on burger led to assult on police.

Normal Australians, when they recieve a wrong order say to staff; "Excuse me, but I have recieved a wrong order." The mistake is always corrected. Not so with some. They believe they have been assulted, insulted, and could even end up missing out on Paradise if they eat a piece of bacon? Give us a break! Not the first, and I bet it wont be the last. They demand special treatment! Haz.
__________________________________________________________

IT was a bloody brawl allegedly sparked by a hamburger with bacon. Now 32 witnesses will be called to give evidence at a hearing about how an incorrect order allegedly led to a violent assault on two police officers at a McDonald's in April.

Mouhamad Khaled, 23, his 20-year-old girlfriend Daphne Florence Austin and his father Walid Khaled, 53, have been charged over the brawl at the Bankstown fast food outlet. Mouhamad Khaled is yet to enter a plea to six charges, including inflicting grievous bodily harm on a police officer, and will be dealt with at a separate hearing.

Apology perhaps, but nothing polite about thief with a knife.

Would crime like this be happening if these armed thieves knew their victims could be armed as well? Its happening more every day and we can expect a lot more of this whilst ever law abiding citizens willing to work for their living remain dissarmed! What this grub needed from the taxi driver, is a snub nose 38 jamed in his face and an offer, "Sorry to have to do this to you, you grub, NO! You can't have my hard earn't dollars, but can I offer you a lead sandwich."

HE is the gentleman robber who apologised to and then thanked the taxi driver whose takings he stole at knifepoint.

"He said 'I'm sorry to do this to you'," taxi driver Navid said of his unusual yet terrifying ordeal.

"He said he needed the money because he owed it to someone. I said to him, 'Why do you do this, you are young, you don't want to end up in jail'."

Navid, who asked his surname be withheld, picked up the man near Epping railway station on September 3 and drove him to an area near Macquarie University.

There the man pulled out a 20cm-long knife and demanded money.

It sounds like you are a tad frustrated with the laws. ;-)

Wait until you find out that your government is selling guns (illegally) to drug cartels and local gangs to bolster their gun grabbing schemes! That is exactly what happened in the USA and they are dragging their feet in its investigation. Shocker!

At some point you come to the conclusion that these people aren't simply useful idiots that are over zealous for a wrongful cause but are simply evil.

And remember as Sir Edmund Burke said, "All that it takes for evil to suceed is for good men to do nothing."!
