I emailed the chairperson and suggested they hold this bill in committe till the McDonald case is decided, suggesting that it won't pass constitutional muster. Maybe they will listen to reason. :uhoh:

hope yall dont lose the right to UOC...hopefully yall can get LOC allowed,and then hopefully one day move to a more permissive may issue conceal state,or even shall issue.

so i went to the hearing, had a few others that attended, i got a chance to say some words opposing AB1934, however us OC'ers need to fight harder. we got cut down almost instantly, damn politicians already had their votes predetermined. if anyone is completely serious about putting up a fight shoot me a PM.

Saldana is termed out and is near the end of her term. Which is why she's the one bringing this issue, to protect all the other liberty hating socialists. There are no repercussions for her in bringing this anti-liberty bill to the legislature.

E-mailed my Assembly dweller Lowenthal. Asked what her position was and awaiting a response. Got a gut feeling she's anti, but who knows?

I think any attempt to persuade our politicians is futile. They have already made up their minds about whats best for us. Our best bet is with the courts.
