I can get guaranteed 2 tables, might be able to double that or better, will know for sure tommorow.

I have a folding canopy, easy set up type, 8x8 or so....

add (3) FMRS radios

I can bring some chairs too, but they are the hard plastic type, not very portable but if we find the need to go that route, I can muster up a couple.

Just caught the thread. You know my canopy is available.

ETA: And since I'm bringing Jim down I'll be available for set-up. He has to leave early, so if he gets another ride, which I think has already been arranged, I'll be able to help with clean-up as well.

FMRS will work fine. I will set everyone up that morning with the frequency. No sense in tipping our hand to the anti's.

6 tables,

7 radios (with extra batteries)

1 canopy

Let me know if I need to make a run Friday afternoon to pick up anything else, and haul it down.
