"...waving a gun around in public to draw attention to yourself." Hey,Ms. Saldana, is this the guy you were talking about? 'Cause I haven't been to a meetup yet where we do this.

Funny. She also seemed to step all over her t*ts too when she said that gun owners have a responsibilty to use a gun safely, that "gun is not a protest symbol..."

So what she is saying is that not only does she want to restrict the SECOND amendment, but she also wants to restrict the FIRST amendment by telling you what is and isnt an appropriate protest symbol.

That's classic for the progressive...they will tell you what you can and cannot do, what you can and cannot say. Again, its all about control, they cannot function unless they are telling someone else what they can and cannot do. Its a mental disease...I wonder if its parasitic...wouldn't that be ironic.

What's with this statement in the news article link in the OP...
While California and 34 other states allow people to carry guns without a license, only California, North Dakota and Utah require that the weapon be unloaded.

Is this true? I thought only the PRK had UOC infringements.

Ryan, about how many demonstrated? Didn't look like too many in the video. Good to seethose who did make the drive up. Hope you had a good time. Any more details you'd like to share?

A little over 50 I would say. I had a great talk with a woman from the Brady camp. Before she left I had her agreeing with me that laws don't stop crazy people but a good guy with a gun at the right place and time would. I will post more about the politicians that we met later. Some good guy working for us up there.

Utah requires an openly carried firearm (when you lack a CCW) to be two steps away from firing. I'm not sure if this necessitates that a round not be in the chamber, or if a round could be chambered but have an external safety count as one of the steps.

Someone from Utah tell me how you can make a wheel gun two steps from being able to be fired. My Rossi is ready and waiting...just pull the trigger. They must not be legal to OC there.
