AB 1934, as amended, Saldana. Firearms.
Existing law, subject to exceptions, makes it an offense to carry
a concealed handgun on the person or in a vehicle, as specified.
Existing law provides that firearms carried openly in belt holsters
are not concealed within the meaning of those provisions.
This bill would delete the exception pertaining to firearms
carried openly in belt holsters....



Time to get calling your leaders before they take another RIGHT away! Remember, they work for us! Spread the word before it is too late.

Sorry to be the one to tell you this, but one this passed yesterday and 2 there are about 4 threads already devoted to it :) Keep up the good fight tho
