I just went to the "My M&M's" website:

to see if I could get some custom-printed M&Ms with "Open Carry" on them. I got the following message:

OK well before yur tinfoil hat gets stuck I checked it out. The word open even by itself will not work. I did get it to work with a space between each letter in open. In fact it looks pretty good that way. Makes the word stand out more.



Edit... I was even able to put pictures of my handguns on them as well.

Yeah you get some REALLY dangerous and controversial combinations when you put the word "Open" in front of words like "Mind", "Government", and "Discourse".

I guess I understand why they wouldn't want anyone using the word "Open" on M&M's...:banghead:

I found an offensive message under the hood of my truck.

Right there on the radiator, the cap has printed on it "OPENSlowly - Under Pressure". How dare they!!! :cuss:

M&Ms are made by the Mars company, headquartered here in Virginia (in McLean). The Mars family is notoriously clannish and secretive, so mo surprise but what "open" is not a popular word with them.

Also, there is NO TRUTH to the rumor that they have highly paid specialists on the production line culling out the Ws. Or so they claim.
