For those who've at least seen the Harry Potter movies, you may be familiar with Dolores Unbridge, the main antagonist in the setting of Hogwarts.

Unbridge doesn't want to listen to reasoning, she wants to force her own way on people and taking everyone down teeth bearing. Of course in the end she is defeated, pending investigation by the ministry for several violations of law.
