Not in Westminster, but I highly reccomend Boulder Rifle Club's. It's worth the drive.

Here is one close in Thornton. I have attended one class with them in their old location& it was decent. Good discussion of law, although OC didn't come up. The primary reason I chose them was they aslo cover the UT permit requirements in the same class as CO. I was able to use it to send for my UT permit.
