Hey guys, just wanted to update y'all on how I'm doing with OC.

I finally OCed in the big, wide world today. (AKA: Outside of my home town) :D
Went into Wal-Mart, nobody even gave me a second look.
Taco Bell, same here.
Getting my oil changed, no problems at all.
So far, I've had nothing but positive experiences.
Even my first LEO encounter wasn't too bad.
All in all, I'm really loving open carry.
I think this deserves a dancing banana! :celebrate:

I've mainly just carried around St. Francisville, LA; but I got out earlier this week and OCed in Zacary, LA.

About a pic of my rig, I'll post one in a few minutes.

Haha. I wish I had an original Model 29 instead of my 629.
I just love the look of an old school, blued six-shooter.

Nah. Heck, if I had a smaller gun, I'd carry it.
I have found a couple of people selling Model 500's.

Nah. I think the .44 is big enough. :lol:

Mind you, it is loaded with .44 Specials.
Easier to do follow up shots and double taps.
I do have a speed loader at my Uncle's house that I need to pick up and load with Maggies.
You know, in case I need to stop a car or kill a charging grizzly. :p {Joke}
