Will you tell your police force in Seattle to honor all Concealed Weapons License's from any state in the uniion?

Will you tell your police force to refuse to trespass any CPL holder from state university property?

GOGO:

No good. The first question would be in violation of state preemption, since only the state can decide which CPLs it will recognize.

The second question would also violate preemption, since it's a WAC not a local ordinance, so the city has no authority one way or the other.

I understand where you're going with these questions, but the chief couldn't do either of these things.

But who do they call when they see someone in GoGo's questions? In the city limits? Do city police have to enforce State laws?
