Anyone in Las Cruces......
Can someone tell me why, I believe it is YOUNG PARK, is allowed to ban firearms on the park grounds? I thought it was city property, and therefore protected by the New Mexico State Constitution. Or am I mistaken? It is located between Colorado and Nevada.
