FYI event follow up. Several Democrats and Republicans have RSVP'd. I'm not posting names because of course we will not know for sure who will make it and who wont. I'm out of fliers and am printing off more. The event will be a blast for everyone!

Good news a new banner has been received. Shirts are in process. We've received confirmation from many candidates at this point. As of yesterday and this morning we have candidates from several local districts which contacted us wanting to attend.

Excellent news everyone! I just got off the phone with Warren Mayor Fouts and he helped us the to book our event. Bathrooms will be opened and the power will be on. Proper communication with the mayor wad critical because the park & rec director was the one trying to prevent us from gathering. Hat tip to Mayor Fouts for listening to what I had to say and making things happen.
Taxwhat & I have been communicating with the Warren PD and are trying to get a motorcycle police escort. Don't know if that will happen or not we will follow up when I am notified. They gave me assurance that we would be left alone both at the park and on the bike ride. They also suggested as an alternative to use the sidewalk and they would not bother us there either. Everything has come together to make this a great success!!!!!!
