My $0.02:

This "Treaty" has been around a long time, just like the Climate Control (Kyoto) Treaty; which we never signed onto because the Senate never ratified it. In fact, they rejected Kyoto on a 98 - 0 vote.

Do you really think the Senate is going to ratify this treaty? Maybe, but I kind of doubt it. They realize that the gun rights issue is a political hot potato.

Clinton just signed a statement saying that this Administration supports the concept, as I would expect, but I doubt it is going any further than that.

Not that we should stop keeping an eye on what they are doing, but I am not going to worry about it.

Ive been saying for 20+ years now: That dumbbing down our schools, and children will do more harm than good!!

I was attend Community College in Alameda, California, when Alameda County DHS was part of a trial to see what people appling for help from DHS would do, and tolerate.

They found when told that as part of a new program all those signing up would recieve a flu shot, and pnuemonia vaccines, as well as be brought upto date on thier vaccines was not a problem. Those that were told that they were guinea pigs for a locator chip program to monitor thier where abouts and possible illeagal activity were refusing to comply.

3 women with no ties to each other going to school trying to better thier lives and thier children were put on the flu shot program. Each of them had problems with where the flu shot was given. All women and children (3 single mothers) were having problems with thier grant money for DHS. Come to find out a computer chip had been implanted under thier skin. THese women when they went outside of thier assigned territory were dropped from the DHS grant w/o knowing that they had violated anything. Thier children's physicans of record found the chips with X-rays. 6x these physicans removed the chips 6x the DHS implanted them, finally the physicans filed charges on behalf of the mothers and children. They stopped thier program. A year later they were doing the same program in NY on the homeless. Till it went to the SUpreme Court. DHS tried to excuse thier behavior, but the justices didn't. THey are still trying to implement this program. We are no longer in a democracy, we have been for nearly 30 years now in a socialist regime!! The only people who dont know this are those who have turned a blind eye to this!!

Hi Nashota, Welcome to the forum.

I would like to point you to the forum rules and ask that you supply direct citations to support your claims of implanting tracking chips in American Citizens. This is extremely disturbing and I would like to see your sources for myself to make my own determination on whether this is something I need to watch ...

In support of this claim, I would like to direct folks to the recent defeat of HB 2569 RFID chips in DL'swhich shows that the push is on to 'tag' the American public for government monitoring ala Huxley's 1984.

We must be careful about using terms like RFID and REAL ID. When talking RFID, it is important whether they can be passively read or have to be actively read. I have no problem with active reading. Such an RFID would be functionally equivalent to a mag strip.

Also, REAL ID is basically a standard for what must be on an ID card and what documentation must be presented to get one. The idea is to create strong enough IDs to be acceptable for federal purposes. There is a requirement for machine-readability in the REAL ID act, but that requirement doesn't demand that it be RFID or that it be able to be passively read.

The only problem I have with REAL ID is that the Department of Homeland Security would determine what information goes into the machine readable portion of the card. I don't think the courts would allow them to require States to go beyond the items of information that would already be available in plain-text on a REAL ID.

Anyway, the federal government is not forcing the States to issue REAL IDs. The feds are merely saying that they will not be bound to accept State IDs in the future that do not meet REAL ID standards.

I am for a minimum standard being adopted for IDs. (It is unreasonable that someone can vote using an electric bill.) I am for machine readable devices as long as they can only be read by active means, can be read by their owners, and contain only the information laid out in the REAL ID act. I am for minimum levels of documentation being required before a State ID is issued.

My sources are: The 3 women that went to the same school I did. Different classes, different days. Only thing we all had in common was we were at school and had children. The Oakland Tribune did do a couple of stories on it, but not until one of the other ladies physican called and made the report. It was in the AP out of NY. This was back in 1988-1990.

Not everything that is worth knowing is documented. Unfortunately getting the media to pay attention is often harder than getting teeth pulled w/o novicaine!!:banghead:

Well, you're going to find that not a lot of people here will pay attention either--unless you post verifiable sources. Folks can post anything on the Internet and claim personal knowledge.

Your right on both counts. Here's something for you. Since it was before the computer archives someone local would have to look them up. I am no longer in the area.

The H1-N1 vaccine is a farce.

It is the 2nd attempt that the CDC has made in a multigenerational vaccine. The 1st attempt was back 75/76. Every military person East of the Mississippi was vaccinated for the Europian Swine Flu. Every military person West of the Mississippi was vaccinated for the Asain Swine Flu. There were some people like myself that the antidote had to be given. My father was in the USAF. The H1-N1 vaccine is a combonation of the 2. I called CDC and asked; "Is this a combo of what was out in the 70's??" " I was told yes. I asked what happens to a person who had 1 or ther other, but not both. Answer:" The body of such a person would recognize the one that they had, had. Produce the antibodies for it. And thier body would not produce any antibodies to the one that they not had. That person would die from the new vaccine. This is why so many children who had been vaccinated for the H1-N1 vaccine started to die from it.

This is a secret that CDC does not want anyone to know about.

My Momma has been on an extension of a phone in a bedroom and listened to me ask questions of this nature before with government officials. She was shocked and dismaied as they confirm my conclusions. Momma woked on the civilian side of the USAF and knew things that others did not. Yet she was shocked with how I got my answers. She does not believe just anybody at anytime. She was there, she heard, she knows that there are things that impact the average person that the government doesnt want us to know about.

I dont want people to believe me - I want people to ask the questions themselves -that claim that they have the right to be an authority over you, me, and our kids.

"By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. "
.

Thats news to me, since when?

Another question, John Howard, former Liberal leader of the Australian government who stated thathe wasn't a banner of thingsthen he banned guns in Australia, hasn't moved to the USA has he?

The Li'l devil on Obamas right shoulder whispering; "I did it in Aust, you can try and do it here. Go on, I dare you!"

That is not what nashota said.

And, Huxley, Orwell, my bad, I don't have the book anymore and was too tired to look it up, but you got the idea anyway.

And as for RF being passive ... well, how close to a broadcast reader would you have to be for the info to be read on the card in your butt pocket? Next thing, we will have tracking tags in our butts.

And you will trust the government to NOT track you with the info? Hmmmm, aren't we gun owners still worried about which state governors are trying to have our purchase/background check info kept private and deleted after, what 60 days?

And didn't RealID begin as a federal issue ID card? And then was changed to be a compliance by States to comply with Federal Guidelines as to what types of identification documents would be accepted? I know my state has moved to that type of identification documentation requirement to renew your DL. And the mag strip is only supposed to reflect the written info AND a copy of our ID fingerprint that we gave when renewing the license. It is your choice whether to use your right thumb or right forefinger. I was talking to the Tag Agent and asked her which one folks used most and she commented that mostmen used their thumb and most women used their finger LOL

It is our responsibility as Citizens to question our government. It is our individual Right whether to believe the government or not.

And, Dreamer, I questioned also and took my money out of the financial institutions over the strenous objections of my financial advisor ... she lost a LOT and I didn't. I believe her words were she took a 'bath.' I also knew a guy that was selling realestate to illegals and other subprime folks on 'rent to own' and he sat there and told me point blank they were working the 'back side' of the lending market and that 70% of what they sold would come back to them through default. And now they have properties all over town that they cannot sell, so they are having to rent them with the accompanying damages and deteriorations that come with renters. As smart as he was about that part, he just couldn't see the downside that was coming! And they took a bath when the financial market tanked, too.

I now bank in the local Bank of the Mattress LOL Not really, but I do have all my assets in my hands, rather than on paper ... land values may fluctuate, but it never goes away.

That is not what nashota said. Yes it is. She said that she could not back up her story because the event predated computer archives.

...

And as for RF being passive ... well, how close to a broadcast reader would you have to be for the info to be read on the card in your butt pocket? Next thing, we will have tracking tags in our butts. Passive RF does not broadcast. It can only be read if the holder of the RF takes action to allow it to be read.

And you will trust the government to NOT track you with the info? Hmmmm, aren't we gun owners still worried about which state governors are trying to have our purchase/background check info kept private and deleted after, what 60 days? Please don't imply that I trust the government with my information. I don't.

And didn't RealID begin as a federal issue ID card? No. REAL ID was started because STATE IDs for some States were too easy for terrorists to obtain. The idea behind the act was simply to set minimum standards for ID cards issued by States that would be accepted when the federal government needed to see ID.

"While you were watching the oil spill, the New York failed terrorist bombing and other critical crises, Hillary Clinton signed the small arms treaty with the UN."
.

Hillery, in my humble opinion is not very smart. She is capable of making many huge mistakes andproved this when she believed the lies Bill told the world andbacked her husband Bill whilst he was not having sexual relations with that woman!

READ the constitution! Article VI Paragraph 2 states:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
If ratified by the Senate, it becomes the law of the land.
I'm no Constitutional scholar and I don't know case law but to my reading of that, a treaty would get even treatment along with the Constitution and all Federal laws. Heck maybe more since you can argue that a lot of Federal laws are not 'in Pursuance' of the Constitution. It definitely says the states have to drink the Koolaid no matter the taste. Just another reason for a Constitutional Convention. All bets are off!
