Which M&P? If you are asking about the 9mm then the answer is yes. Both the full size and compact are rated for +P rounds. I haveboth and they both were broken in using primarily 124+P since that is what Iload when carrying.

To be honest, I think most modern handguns are able to handle at least +P rounds. If my gun can't stand up to the basic +P round, it isn't a gun that I'm going to trust with my life. If I can't trust it when I need it, there's no reason to own it.
