I would like to set up an Adopt-A-Highway in my area, Baraboounder Wisconsincarry.org, how do I go about getting started, and can we put signes up showing that the highway cleanup is being done by Wisconsincarry.org?

I looked at the web page and it looks like they make the signs for the organization. Question for Nik, or anyone authorized to approve, do I need to get permission from Wisconsincarry.org to put a sign up with Wisconsincarry.org as the organization responsible for the clean up? and if so, do I have permission?
