Yes, (with exceptions) as long as HE is not in possession of your gun.

I have 2 relatives who are convicted felons. I carry around them all the time. Neither are now on parole.

According to the MSP: There is no problem as long as they are not in possession of the gun; however, it depends on the condition of their parole and should be authorized or questioned by his parole officer.

and get whatever the PO says in writing,so that there wont be any problems with bad LEO's trying to start stuff.
