• We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.
  • The forum will be down for about an hour this weekend for maintenance. I apologize for the inconvenience.

First, there's no such thing as a "carry permit" in Pennsylvania. It's a "License to Carry Firearms" (abbreviated as "LTCF") and it enables you to: 1. Carry a firearm concealed anywhere in the Commonwealth. 2. Carry a firearm openly in Philadelphia. 3. Carry a firearm in a vehicle. 4. Carry a firearm defending yourself and your property during a Declared State of Emergency. 5. Have someone loan you a firearm. 6. Carry concealed in a state park.

Second, there are no provisions for changing the address as printed on your LTCF. It is good until it expires. You might want to notify the issuing sheriff of your address so that he/she may notify you 60 days before it expires, but this is not required.
