I bought a Taurus PT111 Pro yesterday, with the intention of using it for my BUG or primary CC (while i'm not OCing) weapon. I'm still waiting in the mail for my CC permit... so i have time. The problem is, I'm not sure what type of holster I should get and/or what on the market is good.

I've found a couple ankle holsters, or IWB holsters that look fairly good. I like Uncle Mike's ankle holster

any other ideas, or opinions?

Two words: Crossbreed Supertuck. This is the most comfortable IWB holster I have ever worn and I use it one a larger gun (FNP-40) so it would probably be even more comfortable for you.
