What Is the Penalty For Ignoring the Ban On Open Carry In Oklahoma

Howdy, y'all. First post here. Now that Gov. Henry has chosen to veto the open carry bill, I wonder what is the penalty for ignoring the ban on open carry?

See section 21-1276 for the penalty.

The short story is that the first offence penalty is a fine of $100-250, or county jail not more than30 days, or both.
