I just wanted to make sure everyone knows, criminal activity does not discriminate by age.

Long ago in Detroit, the 70s I believe, a friend who is a doctor had a coworker who was shot. This was at a general hospital in the area, where the fellow coworker took a step out of the hospital doors and was shot dead. A kid about the age of 10 was riding a bike, came by with a gun, shot her, stole her purse, and rode off.

This was the reason my friend left Detroit, just because of the crime. This incident was one of the major reasons as to why he left.

So, if you happen to live in a major city where criminal activity happens in all ages, I'd take caution of all people. Don't drop your guard just because the kid is cute. I'm sure those who are experienced in life also know beautiful yet sly women can be just as dangerous.
Gays are prominent members of firearm rights, we do more via the courts, don't like it? Leave.
Religious bigots against same sex marriage are not different than white supremacists.
I expel anti-gay people off my teams. Tolerance is key to team cohesion and team building.

Reporter: "...he grabs the cash and books out the door."

Books? Awwwwhahahahahahahahahahahaa!!! Where does that word appear in the style manual?

I kinda wonder whether that station is paying the reporter too much, or not paying enough for reporters.
I'll make you an offer: I will argue and fight for all of your rights, if you will do the same for me. That is the only way freedom can work. We have to respect all rights, all the time--and strive to win the rights of the other guy as much as for ourselves.

If I am equal to another, how can I legitimately govern him without his express individual consent?

There is no human being on earth I hate so much I would actually vote to inflict government upon him.

That's partly why we must not let our guns 'discrimnate' against an assailant based on age, (gender, national origin, race, religion, creed, etc.).

[sarcasm mode on] After all, even Democrats will tell you that discrimination of any kind is just plain intolerant, bigoted and ignorant. Let's respectand embrace that concept -- and embrace diversity as well -- and shoot criminals regardless of who they are and with no hesitation whatsoever. [sarcasm mode off]

...or maybe a soldier back in the day when we had a more 'inclusive' target list (unlike nowadays) has an easier timewith this. But really, it's not hard.

Kids are running amoke here Australia and getting away with it.

In Australia, there are several gradations of responsibility before full legal adulthood. Those under age ten are free of all criminal responsibility under the doli incapax doctrine of UK legal tradition. Those under the age of fourteen are presumed incapable of responsibility, but this can be disputed in court. The age of full legal responsibility is 18 except Queensland where it is 17. The age of majority in all states and territories is 18.

The age of majority is 18 for most purposes including sitting on a jury, voting, standing as a candidate, marriage, hiring R-rated films or seeing them in a theater, buying/viewing pornography and purchasing alcohol and tobacco products. The age of consent is 16 in all states and in Queensland consent for anal sex is 18. A person under 18 is defined as a minor or a child.

When a criminal invades your home and has a gun and is trying to kill you, it would be reasonable to shoot back with your own gun.

My Definition of Gun Control: The idea that dozens of people found dead in the Broadway Café, Tasmania, and many also seriously wounded, all while waiting for police, who were called to show up and protect them, is somehow morally superior to having several armed and therefore alive civilian's explaining to police how the attacker got that fatal bullet wound.
