It would help greatly, if we knew what state you are in,so that someone
in your state, with knowledge of your state laws, could answer.
As always ,research for yourself, so that you can be 100% sure.

Start by researching the applicable laws in your state of residence. Others may be able to assist with weblinks, once you let others know what state you reside in.

This should have been the posted this under Ohio forum...No biggie....

I assume your asking about private property that is not your own. Either way is fine as long as the owners don't have a problem with it. The worst that can happen is that they ask you to leave, unless you refuse(criminal trespass). Of course if your CC then they wouldn't know in the first place.

Just today I went to Wal-martto buyammo and got an escort after like 45min. Had I been CC like many others, things would've been smoother. But I'm a regular MartinLuther King.

Out of curiosity, May I ask where in Ohio? Lot of places there that are not to friendly.

I was at a McDonalds there once and had my tire slashed.

I've never OC'd there but I bet you can expect to be harrased. I'll be passin' through in a week or so, maybe I'll put'er to the test. Crime was pretty bad there, don't think it's got much better. Has it?

    Welcome to the site!

By the way, if you add your location to your forum profile you won't have to keep reminding people where you live. Go to the top right, click on My Account, click on Profile towards the left side of the page and add as much info as you want.

If you want to 'practice', then just OC on your own property for now. As long as you aren't waving it around and pointing it at neighbors, there's not a lot anyone can do to you.
There was a time that the pieces fit, but I watched them fall away, mildewed and smoldering, strangled by our coveting. I've done the math enough to know the dangers of our second guessing. Doomed to crumble, unless we grow and strengthen our communication. -Tool, "Schism"
