If one reads Wednesday’s Seattle Times, it appears that Sacramento Police Chief Rick Braziel may be the front runner to fill the police chief’s office, months after the departure of Gil “The Empty Holster” Kerlikowske, an anti-gunner who couldn’t keep track of his own....
