a restraining order for the governor. interesting, no one could seem to restrain him while he's been in office.

Not sure if you saw this or not...

If you click the court record events button on any page in wcca, it will tell you what's happened.

This case was dismissed.

I believe that if you enter that guy's name that filed the complaint into the search window it pulls up quite a few cases this guy has been involved in all the way back to 1988 IIRC. Seems like he has been involved in the court system for quite a while!
