SNIP

"I would have expected people that voted for it to have the courage of their earlier vote and stand by that vote,” said Duncan, R-Sand Springs.

--------

Here are the names of those Representatives who either changed their vote from Yea to Nay, or
who were present but lacked the courage to vote.

If your Representative is listed below, you need
to CALL and demand an explanation. Everyone else, keep the pressure on by calling and emailing
these elected Representatives and demand they acknowledge the will of the people and vote
to restore our Open Carry rights in accordance with the Second Amendment!

The OK House of Representatives has 101 members. There are 62 Republicans and 39 Democrats. Only 1 Republican changed his vote. 14 Democrats backed away from Liberty.

While there are many Republican politicians who are just 'part of the machine' or RINOs or anti-freedom & big-business, this does support the general stereotype that Dems are anti-gun/anti-freedom, while (at least on RTKBA issues) Repubs are pro(-er) gun.

Those who say 'there are no differences between the parties' are either politically ignorant, intellectually dishonest, or trying to minimize the pushback against the Dems.

SUBJECT: Urge your legislators to override the open carry bill veto!

Dear Representative:

I am highly distressed that you either (1) changed your vote on the open carry bill, or (2) refused to vote at all, when the time came to override the veto.

Another veto override vote will take place soon.

Take a stand! There is no reason why Oklahomans cannot be trusted to become residents of the 44th open carry state.

This bill is very important to me and many Oklahoma gun owners.

We will remember what you do.

Sincerely,
YOUR NAME

I imagine that their constituents will send a clear message to them by sending them right back to the private sector. I for one am on my wayto utah tohelp out withopen carryand especially the 1000' no self defenseschool zone.
