Libraries are either state or city property and open to the public. State preemption should apply.

    Yes / law

    Correct if I am wrong.

Yes to all these place they are public property, unless city hall has courthouses or jail then they must have lock box or designated reciever.

Casino is no I don't have the RCW but most casinos have it posted that it's against state law to carry a firearm inside.

School you can drop off and pick up children if you have a CPL. I have been to my kid's school a few times on the motorcycle. I am either known already as the "open carry" guy as one officer put it or noone noticed.
I am not anti Cop I am just pro Citizen.

Most casinos are posted as off limits to persons under 21 with the LCB required signs.

OP's title sentence: "My senality is getting worse."

I seem to remember that it causes spelling problems. I forget where I heard that. :P

Talk to Seattle Public Library about that. Not they would give anything but a BS response.

If you're gonna fiddle with it you better check it.
"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." -John Stuart Mill

If you have written permission from the Chief of police or Sheriff you may carry a firearm in the restricted areas of the police department.
